Level, IAG’s low-cost long-haul airline, announced the addition of an Airbus A330-200 to its fleet, thus increasing its equipment to five aircraft to reinforce its operations between Barcelona and America, a growth that will become the company. With the new aircraft, which will enter service in the second half of 2023, Level will strengthen its operations in America, flying to the United States, Argentina and Chile.
According to Ricard Valomir, Digital and Operations Manager at Level, he said that the initiative responds to the objective of continuing to develop long-range air connectivity in Barcelona. “Today we are the second most important operator of the Barcelona corridor with the United States and the first operator of this airport with Latin America”.
The airline seeks to develop the air connectivity of the Catalan capital with new and relevant destinations for the city from multiple points of view. This winter, Level is the only operator on four of the five active slopes.
The new A330-200 has a 9-inch personal screen in each seat and a complete entertainment system, in addition to Wi-Fi call service, through three different connectivity packages.
